Delivery and returns


DELIVERY:


Delivery options: To meet your needs, we cooperate with large courier service companies and can offer you both standard delivery to a parcel machine and delivery by courier to your home.
Delivery time: Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and delivery location. Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak trading periods or holidays.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or problems caused by an incorrect address.
Damaged or Lost Items: In the rare event that a shipment arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@coscury.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the situation and ensure that your needs are met.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS:


Goods of inadequate quality are returned and exchanged in accordance with the new version of Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" (approved by No. 4-243 of 15 March 2012) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=420479&p_query=&p_tr2=2) and Order No. 258 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services, When Contracts are Concluded Using Communication Means", new edition (approved on 23 December 2011 No. 4-959) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=415995&p_query=&p_tr2=2) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=415995&p_query=&p_tr2=2) .


When returning goods to the buyer, the following conditions must be met:


The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
The product must not be damaged by the buyer;
The product must be unused and in good condition (labels not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply if a poor-quality product is returned);
The returned item must be in the same condition as the Buyer received it;
The buyer can return a defective product within 14 days of receiving it.
The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in Article 5.3.
When returning the wrong product and/or a product of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the price for delivery.
