2. Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared and handed over for delivery within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
The order preparation time may be longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume. In such cases, we will inform you separately about any potential delays.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered in Lithuania using our chosen delivery partners. Available delivery methods and their prices are presented during the order process, before payment is made.
3.1. Delivery Time
Typically, products are delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is dispatched.
The exact delivery time may depend on:
- the chosen delivery method;
- the recipient's location;
- courier or parcel locker workload;
- holidays, weekends, or force majeure circumstances.
3.2. Delivery Price
Delivery costs are calculated during the order process and shown before checkout.
3.3. Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to orders from 50 EUR via parcel locker, and from 70 EUR via courier, unless otherwise specified at the time.
4. Order Receipt
Upon receiving the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the contents of the order.
If you notice that:
- the shipment was damaged;
- you received incorrect items;
- part of the order is missing;
- the product is damaged or of inadequate quality,
please contact us as soon as possible via email info@coscury.com and, if possible, include photos and the order number.
5. Returns
If you are a consumer and purchased goods remotely, in certain cases you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the goods within the period specified by law.
5.1. Return Period
You can return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt, if legal acts do not provide for exceptions and the goods can be returned.
5.2. Condition of Returned Goods
The returned item must be:
- unused, or used only to the extent necessary to evaluate its nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- its commercial appearance must not be lost;
- in its original and intact packaging, if possible;
- with all accompanying accessories, gifts, or kit components.
If the returned item was used more than necessary to verify its properties, we may have the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the decrease in the item's value.
5.3. How to Submit a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at info@coscury.com and provide:
- the order number;
- the item to be returned;
- the reason for return, if you wish to state it;
- contact details.
Upon receiving your request, we will provide further information regarding the return process.
6. Refunds
Once the item is returned and received by us, we will refund the money within 14 calendar days from the day we receive information about your decision to withdraw from the contract, but we may withhold the refund until:
- we receive the returned item, or
- you provide proof that you have sent the item.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Return Costs
If the item is returned because you wish to withdraw from a distance contract without a defect in the item, the direct costs of return are usually borne by the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
If the return is related to:
- a defective item;
- an incorrectly delivered item;
- our error in fulfilling the order,
in such cases, we address the return issue individually and fairly.
8. Items for Which Returns May Not Be Applicable
Please note that for certain items, according to applicable legal acts, the right of return may not apply or may be limited, for example, if:
- the item was unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- the item was manufactured or customized according to an individual order;
- other exceptions provided by legal acts apply.

9. Defective or Poor Quality Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or poor-quality item, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@coscury.com.
In such a case, we will ask you to provide:
- the order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photos of the item, if they help assess the situation.
We examine each situation individually and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
